Shipping and Handling, and Returns

HapticsHouse.com would be happy to evaluate additional shipping methods when buying Falcon haptic controllers. Please contact us at info@hapticshouse.com if you would like to use a different shipping method than quoted in the online store for your Falcon purchases.

All sales are final and Falcons are sold as-is out of existing inventory. Buyer takes responsibility for any shipping expenses. Buyer can arrange for shipping and Haptics House will ship per Buyer's instructions (and remove any shipping charges from the invoiced amount). If a Falcon is returned because it cannot be delivered, Buyer assumes responsibility for delivery and will arrange for shipment. Haptics House will ship the Falcon again per Buyer's instructions. On Falcons returned because they were undeliverable and where Buyer does not want to pay for shipping again, Haptics House will refund 50% of purchase prices and will not refund shipping costs
